Cutting and Charcuterie  Cheese Boards

Folks, after the cutting board or chopping block is put together and has gone through multiple sandings to make it smooth as can be, I add a coat of food-grade natural cutting board oil to the item. After two hours, I added another coat, and after waiting another two hours, I added the final coat. Adding all this oil makes the boards thoroughly soaked, which will stop them from drying out. However, I am still not done. I added Howard conditioner to the item. It is a combination of pure USP food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax that is stabilized with vitamin E. Doing this essential final step ensures a safe and sanitary surface for all your food prep needs.
